Introduction
Creativity is recognized as a key success driver for organizations and individuals. While some consider creativity an innate talent that one may or may not have, the modern prevalent thinking is that it is a skill that, given the right nurturing environment, can be developed and harnessed by anyone in any organization. In this course, we examine the conditions necessary to build such an environment. Through the use of examples from the worlds of business, art, and science and with the practical application of tools such as brainstorming, mind mapping, and others, we give participants the instruments they need to transform their life, their environment, and their workplace.

Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
