Introduction
The aim of this course is to help participants become more efficient and effective in managing their life. Participants on this interactive course will explore various time management skills and stress management techniques to get better control and have a more positive impact on their life at the professional and social levels.

- Apply one or more of the 7 habits of highly effective people.
- Define what stress is, how it is caused and how the body responds to stress.

Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
