Introduction
This highly interactive course is designed to equip participants with the language, knowledge and tools to design and implement sustainable business practices, with a focus on environmental impact and a nature positive approach. After an overview of how the global landscape is changing, it will offer practical examples, conceptual frameworks and interactive discussions. Each participant will be able to assess the most relevant dimensions for their industry and business, and shape their vision for how sustainability can benefit their organization and our planet. Participants will build the confidence and skills needed to define a sustainability agenda, manage change, and measure and communicate results.

Training Methodology
This course includes a blend of conceptual frameworks, real life practices and group discussions. For each topic, there will be an introduction to the bigger picture, supported by practical examples, and the opportunity to experiment individually then role-play, compare and share ideas. At the end of the course, participants will be invited to define their own approach and priorities, and be given the tools to further develop those into practice.
